Portsmouth & Southsea Carnival: Sat 24 & 25 July 2010
The Portsmouth & Southsea Carnival will be taking place on Saturday 24th July 2010. It is to raise awareness of your culture and your opportunity to take part either by taking part in the parade, having a stall or performing on stage.
